1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ocwins," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the website accessible at https://ocwins.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ocwins platform.
• "Platform" means the ocwins website, mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming services provided therein, including live casino, slots, sportsbook, and poker.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the ocwins Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means verified, deposited funds held in a Player's ocwins Account that are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive awards subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ocwins for full account activation and withdrawal eligibility.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ocwins Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ocwins Privacy Policy, any game-specific rules, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ocwins Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms as amended from time to time in accordance with Section 13 (Amendments).

3. Eligibility

Use of the ocwins Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ocwins enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Creating an account while under the age of 21 is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from the ocwins Platform or any gaming platform with a cross-exclusion arrangement with ocwins.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using an ocwins Account.

ocwins reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending review.

4. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on the ocwins Platform, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• Each individual may hold only one (1) ocwins Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. ocwins will never ask for your password. You must notify ocwins immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals are processed. Required documentation typically includes government-issued photographic identification and proof of residential address issued within three months.
• ocwins reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. Deposits may be made using accepted payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. ocwins does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party sources not registered in your name.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be made against Real Money Balance amounts, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Any active Bonus Balance must be fully wagered in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before associated Real Money Balance is released for withdrawal.
• ocwins reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to payment provider availability. ocwins complies with anti-money laundering obligations.
• ocwins targets same-day processing for verified accounts. Processing times for Gold Elite and Velvet Diamond VIP members are instantaneous subject to daily limits.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ocwins offers bonuses and promotional awards from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms:

• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• ocwins reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that in-progress wagering requirements on already-awarded bonuses will not be retroactively increased.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, participation using third-party funds, or systematic exploitation of low-edge games to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ocwins Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator technology that has been independently audited and certified by recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of each game event is determined randomly and independently of prior or future events.

By participating in any game on the ocwins Platform, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the game being played before placing a wager.
• The house edge and Return to Player percentages for each game are as published on the Platform.
• In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, ocwins will endeavour to resolve the issue in a manner fair to the player. If a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round may be voided and wagers returned.
• Any game result displayed on your screen that differs from the ocwins server records shall be governed by the server record, which constitutes the authoritative record of game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ocwins Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to applicable authorities:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence designed to place wagers without human intervention.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Chargebacks or reversal of payments after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Money laundering or use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Use of any form of exploitable software bug or vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Any attempt to access another player's Account without authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ocwins Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, text, and the overall design and user interface — is the intellectual property of ocwins or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ocwins Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software from the ocwins Platform without prior written authorisation.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ocwins collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ocwins will not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Platform (including payment processing, identity verification, and regulatory compliance), or as required by applicable law or court order.

11. Responsible Gaming

ocwins is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools, which are accessible to all registered players from their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that are enforced automatically by the Platform.
• Session Time Limits: Configurable session duration alerts and automatic logout upon reaching the set time limit.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds within a defined period, beyond which further wagering is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of gaming activity for a player-defined duration without permanent Account closure.

ocwins's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ocwins does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.

13. Amendments

ocwins reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their Account no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the ocwins operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute between you and ocwins arising from these Terms & Conditions should in the first instance be referred to the ocwins customer support team, which will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, ocwins operates an internal escalation procedure available upon request through official support channels.
